The & is just a delimiter. If you use it, then it cuts off your text there.
No special penguin trickss or anything, if that's what you were hoping for.
The penguin was getting dizzy when he tried to write it.
Why don't you try a lone '&', witeowl.
A lone ampersand (&) results in the same message you get if you go to the homepage and just wait. I stand by my original thesis.

Thank goodness the effect only lasts 24 hours.
Hm. When I typed tha lone & I got a seasons greetings message.
...which is the default message. no dizzy penguins.
After midnight I turn into a vampire. But a humane vampire who only sucks the blood of lawyers. I would attack politicians but they don't have any blood, and I'm allergic to telemarketers.
