This movie apparently stars Michael Madsen.
This reminded me of a tag-line a guy had in a forum:
"He's not handi-capable, he's handi-UNSTOPPABLE!"
I'm not sure how this is considered the "worst" and not the "greatest ever".
I haven't checked it out yet, but from the sounds of it, it seems like it is from Cripple Masters... I was a bit... under the influence.. one night, and this was a trailer on a movie I had rented.. I was pretty much convinced I was hallucinating.
